“The Promise That Started It All!”

 I (Adrian) worked for a large and successful heating and cooling company for years. Even though I loved working there I felt there was an opportunity to go above and beyond for my customers, so we launched Comfort Service in 2004 on the promise that we could create the worlds best customer experience and at an incredibly competitive price.

Comfort Service from the very start was focused on taking care of each customer as if it was a family member. We spent our first six years doing 95% residential new construction installation. In late 2010 we exited the residential construction installation business model and returned to what I knew best, residential service and installation. Providing Comfort to existing residential homeowners one house at a time with repairs, system replacements and semi-annual service maintenance. 

After spending many teenage years around the family business and completing college at East Carolina my son Raheem joined the family business in 2017. On any given day you may meet him as your service technician delivering comfort to your home and building lifelong relationships. 

What started out as a one-man truck operation has grown over the years into a great team of humble, focused, adaptable, caring, customer focused and amazing people. As we continue to grow we are reminded it is only through great service and lifetime relationships that that growth is possible.
