I was referred to Comfort Services by Stacey T and he was so right when he said that you are all great people to work with. The young man (Tim) that has been coming to our home when we need service is so nice, professional and trustworthy- and whenever we've had a problem with our HVAC system, a technician was here within 24 hours. I recently called Comfort Service at 9:30 PM thinking I'd get an answering machine and leave a message- I was surprised and glad (the air conditioner wasn't working and it was 87 degrees int he house!) that someone answered the phone and told me that a technician would be there the next day. Now that's service!

The system you replaced was the original unit installed when the house was built in 1983. My CP&L bill was running $220 on the equal payment plan. This recently dropped to $165. In addition to the new system, the programmable thermostats allow me to manage how the two systems work together in winter and summer.
